Forest Art & Frame partners with interior designers and trade companies as their specialist wall-interiors division. We handle art sourcing, framing, mirrors, wall panelling, printing, delivery and installation from one point of contact, allowing the designer to offer the entire category without managing multiple suppliers.

For our trade partners, we also assist with proposals, specifications, presentations and large tenders, with better pricing on volume.

One brief. One contact. No surprises.

How a project brief becomes an installed wall

The same four-stage process on a ten-room boutique property and a five-hundred-room rollout.

01

Site Visit & Project Brief

Stakeholder meetings and a space assessment, with the brief confirmed in writing before production starts, so the number you quote your client is the number that holds. For overseas projects, we conduct the brief and site visit virtually, so distance never delays the start of a project.

02

Procurement & Production

Manufactured in our Johannesburg studio, or sourced through Hogarth Art+, with project tracking and scheduled updates. We flag a problem before it becomes one, not after.

03

Installation & Handover

Our own commercial installation team on site, not a subcontracted handoff, covering Southern Africa.

04

Ongoing Art Management

Rotation, monitoring, insurance and collection services for properties that want their art programme managed, not just delivered once.

Manufacturing & delivery

Made on specification, tracked to installation

In-studio manufacturing gives us control over consistency across a run, the standard that matters when room four has to match room eighty-four.

Manufacturing

In-studio production from our Johannesburg studio, with full project tracking from first sample to final sign-off.

Before you brief us

What procurement teams ask first

What happens if the timeline is tight?

We confirm the lead time in writing at brief stage, against the actual scope. If a date genuinely cannot be met, we say so at that stage, not on the week of installation.

How do you keep quality consistent across a large room count?

Production runs from our own Johannesburg studio rather than being split across subcontractors, and every run is tracked from first sample to final sign-off. The approved sample is the reference for the whole order, which is how room four still matches room eighty-four.

Will you contact our client directly?

No. You hold the client relationship and we work behind it. All communication runs through your single point of contact with us unless you specifically ask us to join a meeting.

How does pricing work once a project is under way?

The scope is confirmed in writing at brief stage and the quoted number holds against that scope. If you change the scope during the project we requote the change before it is produced, so nothing appears on the final invoice that you have not already approved.

Do you supply outside South Africa?

Yes. We deliver internationally and have completed work for hospitality groups in the Middle East and elsewhere in Africa. For overseas projects the brief and site visit are conducted virtually. Our own installation team covers Southern Africa, and for projects beyond that we coordinate installation locally.

Ready to brief
your next project?

Send us the property, the scope and the timeline. You will have a response, and an honest read on what is possible, within one business day.
