A: Yes, we offer custom picture framing services to help you frame your artwork or photographs exactly the way you want.

Q: How long does it take to complete a picture frame order?

A: The time it takes to complete a picture frame order depends on the complexity of the frame and the current demand for our services. On average, it takes about 2-3 working days to create the job but a total of 5-10 days to ship and deliver to your door. 

Q: Can you frame odd-sized or irregularly shaped items?

A: Yes, we have experience in framing odd-sized or irregularly shaped items, and can provide a solution to fit your needs. We would generally use a box style frame for this. 

Q: Do you provide glass or acrylic? 

A: Yes, we offer both glass and acrylic glazing options. Glass provides a traditional look and protection for your artwork, while acrylic is lighter, safer, and ideal for more contemporary styles.

Q: Do you offer conservation framing services?

A: Yes, we offer conservation picture framing services to preserve your artwork for years to come. This includes using archival materials, UV-resistant glazing, acid free tape and other techniques to ensure your artwork stays in mint condition. 

Q: What if I don't like my artwork when received?

A: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
